Greg specializes in the leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail properties in San Francisco. He has extensive experience in this diverse market and has represented companies from a variety of industries, such as technology, non-profit, medical, and consulting. His clients include start-ups as well as companies in business over 20 years. He has completed transactions all across the city, including North and South Financial Districts, South of Market, Mission Bay, Jackson Square, and the North Waterfront. He has put his clients into direct leases as well as subleases, and into A, B, and C Class buildings. He has experience leasing office space of many sizes, from under 1,000 to over 8,000 square feet, under both short and long term leasing.

Greg has found success by offering his clients effective sales and marketing skills, creativity, attention to detail, aggressiveness, and a strong reputation for both ethical and patient customer service.

Greg’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from
Pepperdine University.

He is a member of the Golden Gate Breakfast Club, the Catholic Professional & Business Club of San Francisco, the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the Commonwealth Club of California, the Tailhook Association, the U.S. Naval Institute, the Navy League of the United States, the United States Veterans Association, the Boston College Alumni Association - Northern California Chapter, and the Pepperdine University Alumni Association - Bay Area Waves.

Greg is an outdoor sports enthusiast as well as an amateur photographer. He also currently serves as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve.

Previously, Greg served on active duty with the Navy as a Radar Intercept Officer, flying the F-14D Tomcat in fighter/bomber operations and the F-5 Tiger as an adversary instructor. He completed two aircraft carrier deployments in support of Operation Southern Watch and earned a Strike/Flight Air Medal.
